Hello again. :)

I know it's been a while since I last wrote something. I have been doing some intensive soul searching and internal work. I would like to share some of the things that I have been doing and hopefully it will may shed some light on your own personal journey.

The key here is being real. I mean authentically real. Not necessarily "real world" real, but really you real. There are things out there that are popular ideas. They sound good on paper, but aren't really working for you. Think about it. The time and energy that we devote to these ideas takes away from the time that we can dedicate to our personal journey. You have the right to believe whatever you wish, but I would encourage you to find out what is really true for you.

I took a long, hard look at a lot of the various beliefs that I had unconsciously adopted on my personal path. One of the most pernicious ones is the idea that there was something wrong with me that needed to be fixed. Everything that I was doing was an attempt to make up for something that was missing or wrong with me. There are a lot of beliefs out there that are useful, but they also support this wrong assumption that we make about ourselves.

There is this idea that the earth plane is a school that we are in in order to learn how to be better, or to make our souls better, or to connect better with the divine, etc. etc. The truth is that we are already connected to the divine. No effort required. That being said, we can still seek to become better at being human, gain new skills, bring more of the divine into our lives and be better at remembering the reality of our being. This does not mean that we are lacking. We just haven't grown those laves yet. We have inside of us unlimited potential that we can choose to manifest.

Sometimes we can feel like there is something wrong with us that need to be repaired because we are not expressing that potential. We want to experience a better life. Learning how is part of that process. Growing, exploring, sharing; these are some of the ways that we express ourselves. They are part of the divine flow. Sometimes we can feel frustrated by the challenges we face, or somehow less because we don't know something that someone else does. This is simply a part of life and its expression.

Learning how to drive a car can make your life better, but you never need to learn how to drive. That's right. You don't. Your divine nature will not be changed in any way by not learning to drive. Your life may be a bit more difficult, you may have to depend on others or public transit to get around, heck you might even get in better shape by walking a bit more. Who knows? One thing is for sure however, you are already there, you just may not realize it yet.

Take some time to appreciate who you are in this drama of life. Learn to appreciate others. Learn to appreciate the situations you find your individual self playing in. Do this not because it will make you better, or somehow earn you positive karma, do it because you are beautiful and you deserve to enjoy the life you have and bring out joy in others too!

How to get the most out of your natural psychic abilities.

Everybody is psychic. The real difference between someone who considers themselves psychic and someone who doesn't is often a very small difference: Awareness and belief. For people who have had psychic experiences and have recognized then as such, awareness is not a problem. However when faced with the sheer amount of disbelief in the world, belief can be hard to come by. With consistent practice this can be remedied.

Here are some ideas that can help you to develop your natural psychic abilities, simply and powerfully.

Relax

Often when faced with something that most people would consider difficult, it is not uncommon to tense up, or to try to use the body's muscles to make things happen. In fact, energy flows through you much better the more your physical body is relaxed because your energy channels are much more open. Deep breathing exercises can help, three good deep breaths is often enough to get you into a relaxed state.

Clear your mind

If you are trying to tune into energy, whether that is to become aware of emotional states, receive telepathic messages, or to listen to spiritual guidance, clearing your mind is extremely important. Often, energetic information is very subtle, and can easily be "talked over" by your own thoughts, feelings, and internal dialog. A daily meditation practice can do wonders for your receptivity.

Focus

If you are attempting to use a more active psychic ability, such as telekinesis or sending telepathic messages, the clearer and more focused your intent, the more powerful and accurate your results will be. There are many different ways to train your ability to focus. One way is to see how long you can focus on a single physical item. A book, stone, or a candle will work well. After you feel you have mastered this, move on to practicing focusing on a single thought, feeling or idea.

Send your intent

When you have in mind what you are trying to accomplish, release your intent out into the universe in a smooth, precise, and total release. When it is time to act, do so with full confidence and knowing that it will happen. Save your curiosity about whether or not it will work for after you have succeeded!

If you practice regularly, with this ideas in your awareness, you should notice powerful improvements in your natural psychic abilities in no time.

It is about an hour and a half long.

Give Yourself Credit

Sometimes, when working on personal mastery, it is easy to get focused on all the thing that still need to be improved. It can be difficult to see exactly what we have already accomplished on our path. To learn how to get better we must reflect on the things that have made us better and the ways in which we ARE better.

There are many times we feel like what we want is the attention and respect of others when in fact we simply want to feel loved, respected and accepted. The best way to get those feelings is to give them to ourselves. No matter how you may feel about yourself, at least you can say you have made the effort to improve. Every small step adds up.

It often feels that we keep climbing and climbing but when was the last time you stopped to enjoy the view? When was the last time you thought about what you are climbing for? When was the last time you stopped to see if you are even on the right mountain or if you want to be on a mountain at all? Maybe the beach would be better.

Give yourself a chance to be human every once in a while. Your lessons and challenges will still be there tomorrow. Take some time to savor and share your victories, if only with yourself. You've earned it.

Check your success!

It's amazing how we can go through life without knowing what success means to us. Often we think that we are having a problem trying to figure out how to become successful, when in fact we haven't clearly defined what success means to us. take some time to think about what success really means to you. It's doesn't have to be a thing. It can be a feeling. It can be finishing something that you started, or even starting something that you want to finish.

What is it that you want to achieve? What is it that your heart wants the most? What is the one thing that you desire the most in this moment? These are the things that help to define your success. It is easy to get divided by the things that others want from us, or trying to fulfill the dreams of others. What is it that you want? That is what you should do. Today.

I am currently working on a book about freewill exercises. I still have a ways to go, but I thought I might let you all know that when I have have it done I plan on sending a copy to each and every one of you. I would lave any feedback that you would like to give. In the meantime I am still working on my own personal path as I hope that you are as well.

Personal Responsibility, Mastery and Evolution

If you have spoken with me at any length of time, then you know that personal responsibility and mastery are two of the main themes that continually reoccur in conversations with me. Personal responsibility is important because it is what empowers you to to make positive changes in your life. Mastery is important because it is what allows you to make positive changes in yourself and others.

One of the things I normally don't talk about and is a major theme in my life is evolution. Evolution to me is the innate desire of the universe to become better in every way. I am not talking about evolution as some see it: "Survival of the Fittest". Evolution is not dog eat dog brutality (except at its lowest levels). At evolution's highest levels, it is harmony, peace and love. Real harmony, peace and love. Not some artificial sweetener but the real thing.

Sometimes on the quest for mastery, we can become rigid and overly critical of ourselves, but when we look at our journey as one of evolution, we can learn to relax.

In traditional learning, there are pre-established right answers that must be memorized and then regurgitated on command. With evolution however, there is only discovery and adaptation. Every moment is new and refreshing. "Mistakes" can be made, but in actuality, they are learning experiences that can help you to adapt better, or in other words: Evolve!

The Importance of Freewill

There are so many things to be aware of in our day to day lives and on the path to Mastery one of the most important things is our freewill. It can be difficult at times to use our freewill because we have been convinced to distrust our inner self and blindly follow the "shoulds" of society. We often hesitate to use our freewill because we don't know exactly what will happen when we follow our heart, our calling, our deepest nature.

Success is not guaranteed, fame is not guaranteed, money is not guaranteed, yet we can guarantee that the choices we make and the path we follow is ours and ours alone. Paradoxically, we are in this together and it is our personal responsibility to make sure that we listen to our inner wisdom and not get derailed by what others may think of us.

Take heart, your journey is deeply meaningful and one that only you can truly understand. Take each step with the confidence of not knowing, the security of falling, and excitement of the discovery of the unfolding moment. It is these things that help guide you and keep you safe on your journey. Breathe deep and live in the moment.
